2. Good product quality:
A wider range of raw material such as the material with lower melting flow index can be used thanks to the special molding technics of Jeepine. For the HDPE materials, it makes a better mechanical capability to endure the stress and chapping while for PP material more durable for impact. Further, through advisably adjustment of the heating and cooling temperature of raw material, it makes the products with perfect shape steadily. The lids produced by Jeepine machine is without injection marks and will get a better color printing on them.

Jeepine automatic plastic lid molding machine adopts the consecutive rotary method which is different from the internal intermittent running of injection mold machine and it has a very high product efficiency of 12000 pieces per hour.
